We had a fantastic stay with our two kids! The indoor pool was super clean and relaxing, making it a hit with the family. The breakfasts were an absolute treat with plenty of choices, and the view of Lugano was simply stunning.

The staff provided meticulous service, efficiently assisting with check-ins and local train arrangements, even offering tickets with QR codes for free rides around the Kanton. Breakfast showcased a delightful variety, and the on-site restaurant had a lovely outdoor patio for meals. However, the gym lacked central air conditioning, making it quite stuffy during workouts, and no water was available. Wi-Fi connectivity could be spotty at times too, though the overall facilities were well-maintained.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
The room was spacious and we had a wonderful view of the lake,, which made it all worth it. Had a delightful time at the Cuban bar, where the cocktails were fantastic and the ambiance was picturesque, we spent hours just soaking it all in.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the overall experience was still acceptable.
